What is the kick-off meeting?

The kickoff meeting comprises of the following, but is not limited to:

  • Present Alaress and Schoolbox to Executive Team
  • Discussion and establish Schoolbox Policy to be listed on your System
  • Identify Customer steering group
  • Consult regarding Schoolbox's configuration
  • Identify all required configurations (Groups, Campus, Permissions, etc..)
  • Welcome Page setup, Default Homepage templates that are applied
  • Identify target audiences, services required and side navigation
  • Discuss resources and training requirements
  • Explain what the Schoolbox Rollover entails and find a strategy that works with you
  • Pilot Program discussion
  • Identify all integration requirements
  • Review timelines and set agreed expectations
  • Discuss roll-out strategy and timing
