Submit a request
HELP US HELP YOU!
What we need in order to get you a fast and accurate response:
- 1. Where? Include where the issue occured; Live or Dev i.e on the english 3/4 page, (include links!)
- 2. What? Was there an error? Include the error code! (even better, include a FULL screen shot!)
- 3. Who? What type of user were you logged in as when the issue occured
Other things to note:
- Please submit one request per topic.
- Feature requests and ideas cannot be submitted as support requests - instead they must be posted to our Ideas forum for the community to vote on.
- Are you one of your school’s Schoolbox users registered to access our Support Desk? If not, please either ask the community or one of your school's superusers.

- Have you checked our documentation in our Help Centre or asked our community your question?
- Please acknowledge our Schoolbox Support Policy before using our Support Desk.
